24/7 monitoring with alerting, OS patch management, SSL/TLS certificate renewals, backup verification, and incident response within agreed SLAs.

Does NIS2 have specific backup requirements?

Accepted Answer

It doesn't explicitly mandate the 3-2-1 rule, but it does require operational continuity with documented RTO/RPO. An untested backup does not satisfy this requirement.
